What We do

We are currently accepting new workers' compensation patients as either the primary or secondary treater. If you are a medical provider or workers comp insurance provider needing to refer a patient suffering from chronic pain, trauma, and/or stress, we can be a reliable resource for you. The initial appointment is an opportunity to hear patients' stories, get to know them, and find out what they need to start feeling better.

  We offer individual, conjoint and family psychotherapy/CBT. We utilize evidence-based best practices guiding patients in symptoms reduction and stabilization, improving motivation, lifestyle changes, and setting and reaching specific functional goals .

We offer a robust, specialized research-based intervention  combination Group CBT and Exercise Intervention simultaneously addressing emotional symptoms and functional decline. We work with patients in achieving emotional regulation, physical fitness, reduction of distress, social reintegration, functional participation, progress toward goals and expedited return to work (when indicated). 

We accept WC claims on delay and perform AOE/COE evaluations to determine 51% industrial causation and apportionment for psychological injuries.  

We perform  preoperative psychological clearances for patients to determine patient appropriateness and psychosocial risk factors prior to invasive medical procedures (SCS Implants, CESIs and LESIs, pre-surgical). 

 As part of our treatment model we provide case management helping identified patients plan next steps   

 and facilitating access to community services and resources, including housing, emergency food and clothing, medical, legal and employment opportunities.

As part of our intake procedure we conduct a thorough psychological test battery utilizing standardized assessments.
